Case Manager- Outpatient Clinic - Sign on bonus of $4,000 for new employees.


Arms Acres is looking for a qualified, passionate Case Manager to join our clinical team at our Outpatient clinic in Queens, NY. Arms Acres is a licensed outpatient clinic providing treatment for those suffering from addiction to alcohol or drugs. As a Case Manager with Arms Acres you will function as part of an interdisciplinary team and provide comprehensive psychosocial assessment and diagnostic services to patients in an outpatient setting. While providing process oriented & didactic group counseling services and individual, family or crisis counseling to a caseload.





Requirements

Degree in Chemical Dependency or related field with 1 year of applicable experience, CASAC Certification, LMSW. CPR Certification required within 6 months of hire
