Home Health RN Part-Time

As a Home Health RN at AssistCare, your primary responsibilities include providing quality nursing care in patients' homes as per the prescribed plan from their physician. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, manage nursing treatments, evaluate patient progress, and conduct reviews with care teams, patients, and their families as necessary.

To join AssistCare as a Home Health RN, you must hold a current Registered Nurse License in Texas, with a minimum of one year of nursing experience. A background in geriatric home health care is preferred, and while experience with Kinnser software is a plus, it's not mandatory. Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills in English and maintain valid driver’s license and insurance.

A part-time Home Health RN at AssistCare typically works Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. You will also have one on-call weekend each month. This schedule allows for a balance between work and personal life, while still making a significant impact on your patients' well-being.
