Transaction Coordinator

Assistantly is looking is seeking for an experienced and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to support brokerage operations and transaction processes.   • Assist with completing and organizing Commercial Real Estate documentation through AIR CRE.
  • Coordinate e-signature processes using PandaDoc for various transaction documents.
  • Create Letters of Intent (LOIs) by accurately entering deal points for proposals.
  • Complete disclosure forms with property information and representation details.
  • Handle various Commercial Real Estate documents and forms with attention to detail.
  • Maintain organized transaction files and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Support occasional marketing tasks such as research and video editing when needed.
