We are seeking an experienced Sr. HR Specialist to manage the employee life cycle, including onboarding, processing internal employee changes, and terminations through the HRIS system (Paycom). The ideal candidate will support company and department initiatives, improve HR administrative and procedural processes, and collaborate closely with the HR team.
This is an onsite position. You will be part of a fun and inclusive culture with opportunities for training and development. The company is growing, offering room for potential advancement.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
