The Role

The Implementation Manager will oversee the end-to-end process of implementing the company’s product solutions within client environments. This pivotal role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth setup, customization, and integration of software solutions. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for project planning, timeline management, and resource allocation, ensuring that all implementations meet quality standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management: Lead client imalwkdjalsjdplementations from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Training Deliveries: Organize and conduct training sessions for client teams to ensure effective adoption of the implemented solutions.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, progress, and any adjustments needed during implementation.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting tight deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experience with change management processes and methodologies.
Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
Willingness to travel for client visits as required.
Fluent in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
