Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to one of our teams (GIP).

The team consists of developers, solution architect, business analysts and an agile product owner. A total of 13 people.

They work on the bank's java platform (backend) and build/manage applications and services within Swedbank Insurance.

We are in a phase where we have just transitioned to working according to Harmonize (the bank's version of SAFe).

What we are looking for is a Scrum Master who:

- has extensive experience working agile/scrum/sprints

- has experience coaching team members in agile working methods and challenging the team to change/improve

- has experience supporting PI planning, Inspect & Adapt, Scrum of scrum event and other ceremonies connected to agile/SAFe

- is responsive and a coaching leader

- is clear and communicative

- who has preferably worked in the RTE role and can be a support for our RTE who is new to the role

- has experience being an agile coach for several teams

- can support Business analysts for upcoming PI planning (are requirements sufficient and specific so that they cover the need in the upcoming increment)

- has experience holding WS with teams and presenting in various forums

- has worked in the banking/finance/accounting domain

We believe the role as Scrum Master in the GIP team constitutes approximately 60-70%.

Other time is available to be agile / SAFe support also for other teams that need help in improving their way of working.
