The Axonius Product Analytics department is looking for a Data Operations Team Leader who is passionate, experienced, and motivated!

As a Data Classification Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in our team, directly contributing to our customers' understanding and management of their cybersecurity assets.
By managing a team of associates that are identifying and labeling data, you will help uncover security gaps and automate actions, empowering IT and security teams to confidently control their network complexity.
Your work will also enhance our machine learning models, ensuring more accurate and reliable monitoring by creating labels that will allow us to train.

Responsibilities:

  • Business management: Keeping track of incoming customer requests and prioritizing accordingly, communicate to our internal stakeholders on our advancement
  • People management: You will manage directly our DCA team
  • Process creation: Create and maintain internal processes that will help us respond better.
  • Data Collection and Tagging: Identify, sort, clean, and tag raw data entries from various sources, creating a robust analytics data collection.
  • Software Component Research: Investigate and identify software components to enhance our data insights.
  • Compliance Research: Research compliance settings and certificates to ensure thorough coverage.
  • Continuous Updates: Provide consistent updates on progress, issues, risks, and concerns to maintain transparency and efficiency.

Reach out if you have:

  • 2+ years of work experience in Project management, Business operations, Product Operations or similar.
  • 2+ years of experience managing 4-5 people directly.
  • Background in data analysis.
  • Experience working with BI tools (Looker, Tableau or Similar)
  • Experience in product analytics tools and methodology, instrumenting the product, data modeling, events and funnel tracking and proven ability to drive product insights.
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Accuracy and attention to details.
  • Excellent communication skills and excellent English.

Advantages:

  • Data storytelling ability to influence audiences at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in SQL.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Python.
  • Experience working with Zendesk.
  • Knowledge/background in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong statistical foundations. High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
