Marketing Coordinator

Barnacle Parking Enforcement Solutions is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team! The Marketing Coordinator will work out of our office in Edison, New Jersey. This position is one that will require the candidate to possess an ability to be pragmatic and easily adjust their duties/responsibilities to match any changes in environment or market trends. You must be able to thrive in a start-up environment and have flexibility and adaptability in an environment where the job duties can vary from one day to the next.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive inbound and outbound leads, optimizing for ROI and business growth.
  • Leverage Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and campaign performance.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance, using data to continuously refine strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze and interpret customer behavior through marketing data to optimize campaigns and identify opportunities for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to align marketing strategies with business objectives and drive lead generation.
  • Track and optimize social media engagement by analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and inform strategic decisions in both inbound and outbound marketing approaches.
  • Optimize website content based on data-driven insights, ensuring high conversion rates and alignment with target audience behaviors.
  • Oversee the creation of content (text, image, and video) for both inbound and outbound marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and audience needs.
  • Develop marketing reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Create and manage a social media posting schedule, optimizing for engagement based on web traffic, audience activity, and content performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members on best practices in marketing analytics, lead generation, and performance tracking.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other analytics platforms for tracking and reporting on KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing strategies and their integration into a holistic marketing plan.
  • Proficiency in analyzing digital marketing data to optimize content, campaigns, and lead generation efforts.
  • Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with marketing KPIs and ability to set and track goals across campaigns.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize based on new data insights or shifting business needs.
  • Proficient in content creation tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, and Google Trends for developing marketing assets and analyzing trends.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in an easily understandable way.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing-related role, preferably with a focus on data analytics and performance marketing.
