Your Role 

The Senior Manager of AI Platforms will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and integration of AI technologies across the organization. This position is responsible for identifying and implementing the right AI tools, upskilling team members, and addressing key business challenges to maximize value. The role involves strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring that AI initiatives align with the company's goals and ethical standards. The ultimate aim is to enhance the organization's AI capabilities, fostering innovation and maintaining a competitive edge in the market. 

What you'll be doing 

  • Champion AI to Key Stakeholders: Act as the primary advocate for AI initiatives, communicating the benefits and potential of AI technologies and Governance to senior leadership and other key stakeholders to secure buy-in and support. 

  • In collaboration with other units such as Enterprise Architecture and Security, develop AI Governance Models: Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure the ethical and effective use of AI technologies, including policies, procedures, and best practices. 

  • Implement AI Platforms: Oversee the deployment and integration of AI platforms across the organization, ensuring they meet business needs and are scalable for future growth. 

  • Advise All Teams on AI: Provide expert guidance and support to various departments on how to leverage AI to solve business problems and improve processes. 

  • Develop and Execute the AI Roadmap: Create a strategic plan for AI initiatives, outlining key projects, timelines, and milestones, and ensure its successful execution. 

  • Implement Success Measurement Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and success of AI initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed. 

Strategic Leadership: 

  • Implementation and Usage of Implementation and Usage of Generative AI technologies such as Microsoft Co-Pilot and lead the deployment and adoption of such technologies, ensuring they are effectively utilized to enhance productivity and decision-making. 

  • Support business domain teams such as R&D and Marketing with AI Capabilities: Collaborate with domain teams to integrate AI technologies into products and services, enhancing their value to customers. 

  • Drive strategic adoption of AI solutions across the enterprise.: Provide strategic leadership and direction for AI initiatives. 

What you'll bring 

  • Proven leadership experience in AI implementation, governance, and strategy or equivalent professional expertise. 
  • 5+ years of experience with Generative AI projects. 
  • Real-world experience implementing AI technologies, particularly in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and other AI capabilities. 
  • Proven ability to work with and mobilize third parties to implement AI projects. 
  • Expertise in AI strategy, platform integration, automation and enterprise adoption. 
  • Experience in AI risk mitigation, compliance frameworks, and ethical AI governance, ensuring responsible AI adoption within enterprise environments. 
  • Programming Languages: Strong skills in Python, R, Java, or C++ for building and maintaining AI solutions. 
  • Data Science: Expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization to derive insights and inform decision-making. 
  • Cloud Services: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and scaling AI solutions. 
  • Understanding of AI risks and familiarity with AI governance models and best practices.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $144,000 - $198,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
