Brand Executive - Boston

Beauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team with Brand Ambassadors servicing doors across North America. Beauty Barrage works with some of the hottest brands in beauty today and provides in-store support in retailers like Sephora, ULTA, Bluemercury, and more! We have over 200+ beauty professionals servicing over 3,000 doors in the U.S. and Canada. We were also named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies.


The objective of the Brand Executive (BE) position is to strategically support Beauty Barrage’s client brands in various retailers. The BE will be responsible for achieving sales targets in an assigned market, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness. The BE may lead a team of assigned Sales & Education Specialists (SES) to achieve sales goals and optimize in-store performance.


As a Brand Executive, you will report to the Sr. Director of Field Sales. Our Brand Executives are expected to be results-oriented, innovative problem solvers, take initiative, and have a passion for the beauty industry.  


Responsibilities:
  • Build sales strategies for assigned territory to achieve sales goals.
  • Establish and develop strong relationships at store level with BA’s, Store Leadership, and territory DM's.
  • Weekly and monthly business recaps of territory to highlight business drivers and opportunities in the market.
  • Plan, communicate, and execute all in-store events and product launches.
  • Monitor rank and competitive performance per store & adjust strategy to achieve performance goals.
  • Establish strategy and drive execution across territory.
  • Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstration.
  • Accountable to Sales & Education Specialist performance in their region.
  • Coach and develop SES performance by in-store visits and communication.
  • Build solid and productive working relationships with the corporate teams to align on strategies.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar role is required.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of in-store retail environment required.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence externally and internally.
  • Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
  • Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Must be available on weekends and must be flexible to meet job objectives.
  • Beauty savvy and able to represent the company culture that is both polished and professional.
  • Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within the territory.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

$70,000 - $75,000 a year
Note that this range is representative of earning potential and actual pay will be based on skills, experience, and/or geographic location.
