Job Description

Nous recherchons un(e) Product Manager pour piloter le développement et l’évolution d’un outil, pour nos artistes, dédié à la mise à jour des métadonnées de leurs albums. Cet outil offrira une plus grande autonomie à nos utilisateurs tout en s’assurant, après chaque modification, que leurs albums restent compatibles avec leurs droits déclarés et les règles éditoriales des principales plateformes de distribution.  

  • Participer à la discovery pour créer l’outil le plus autonome et le faire évoluer en comprennant les problématiques des utilisateurs en s’appuyant sur des données quantifiées et qualifiées 

  • Maintenir sur votre scope une roadmap produit en adéquation avec la roadmap du content et de l’entreprise 

  • Concevoir des solutions en partenariat avec les équipes UX, UI, technique et en écrivant les spécifications fonctionnelles de la future solution 

  • Gérer le backlog de la squad, la priorité des fonctionnalités, et la communication avec les équipes techniques. 

  • Piloter avec l’aide d’un leader technique une squad composée de plusieurs développeurs 

  • Récupérer les retours d’expérience après livraison afin de déterminer les améliorations et évolutions possibles 

  • Faire vivre son produit en l’adaptant continuellement au marché et au besoin de l’entreprise 

  • Devenir le référent fonctionnel de son scope produit auprès du reste des equipes 

  • Suivre ses KPI d’adoption et d’usage de son produit et mesurer les performances et apporter des ajustements basés sur des données analytiques pour maximiser l'impact produit 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 ans en tant que Product Manager ou rôle similaire dans le domaine des logiciels B2B ou des plateformes numériques. 

  • Bonne compréhension des métadonnées et de leur usages dans le secteur de la musique (ex. DDEX, ISRC, ISWC) est un gros plus 

Qualités personnelles : 

  • Excellente communication et capacité à travailler en squad et avec d’autres squads 

  • Esprit analytique et ingénieur 

  • Sensibilité aux besoins des utilisateurs finaux.
