The Better Together team seeks an Executive Assistant to the CEO.
As the Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO of Better Together, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's mission to create positive change in communities and improve the lives of those in need. Your role will be crucial in enabling the CEO to focus on strategic decision-making, fundraising, and leading the organization effectively. You will be responsible for providing high-level (and confidential) administrative support, managing communication, coordinating activities, and ensuring the CEO's office functions smoothly. The Executive Assistant to the CEO should be a self-starter who thrives when challenged and is comfortable working remotely and finding creative solutions. It is imperative that they are a person of high character.

Better Together seeks to fill this position as soon as possible. The organization’s headquarters are in Naples, Florida, but all the Better Together staff reside in Florida. The Executive Assistant to the CEO must reside in Lee County.
