As a Bid Management Coordinator at Biffa, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our Corporate and Major Business Development Managers, along with the Account Management teams, in securing new business opportunities and retaining our valued clients. Your primary focus will be on crafting high-quality tender documents that meet various customer needs. With a blend of effective self-management and compliance, you will ensure that all your work aligns with Health & Safety and Environmental regulations, while also delivering exceptional customer service that mirrors our business KPIs. You will collaborate closely with our BDMs and Account Managers to develop tailored solutions for Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and tenders, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding service level agreements. Utilizing your site knowledge, you will optimize quotations and explore additional service opportunities, all while maintaining active communication across teams to foster strong internal relationships.
