Bitewell is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to support our Commercial leadership team in driving revenue growth and operational excellence.

The score is our proprietary, first-of-its-kind nutrition scoring system that combines cutting-edge science with innovative technology to give consumers insight and transparency into the healthfulness of food. We bring this to market with our partners in food retail, manufacturing, and data, which empowers customers to make healthier choices, merchandisers to stock healthier shelves and brands to make healthier products.
Calendar and Schedule Management: Manage leadership team schedules, including appointments, meetings, and conferences. Prepare for meetings, including gathering relevant documents and materials. Manage post-meeting follow-up.
Email Management: Assist with inbox management, including responding to messages, drafting emails, organizing inboxes, and highlighting priority communications.
CRM Management: Maintain CRM systems for the leadership team. Keep track of contacts & connections. Generate CRM reporting. Create and compile regular reporting for the leadership team.
Travel: Arrange travel for leadership team members. Manage and submit expense reports.
Event Management: Coordinate events & meetings on behalf of the leadership team.
Special Projects: Support the leadership team in special projects as needed.
Experienced Professional: Previous experience in an administrative support capacity with increasing responsibilities.
Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to follow up and follow through on all projects.
Business Savvy: Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise initiative, tact, sound judgment, and prioritization.
Trustworthy: Maintains high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Tech Proficient: Advanced-level Google Suite proficiency. CRM or Salesforce experience preferred.
Relationship Builder: Confident in interacting with both internal team members and external parties.
