Qualifications: Candidates should have nonprofit fundraising experience, preferably in the Arts and Cultural sector, with at least 2 years of relevant experience using Blackbaud Altru.
Location: This is a remote-first role primarily serving customers in the US and Canada.
Compensation: $74200 - $95600 / Annually

The Sales Solutions Consultant is responsible for presenting Blackbaud’s Nonprofit solutions, specifically Blackbaud Altru, in a compelling and value-based approach to prospects and customers as a part of the sales process. To accomplish this, the Solutions Consultant must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and sales skills, including the ability to discover business requirements, prescribe comprehensive solutions, and demonstrate the technology that will address these requirements. Personal experience with the product from previous roles/employers should also be included. The Solutions Consultants support our customers and prospects across the US and Canada.

The starting base salary and annual proposed commission is $74,200.00 to $95,600.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, sales quota, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
