Bilingual Intake Specialist

We are seeking a Bilingual Client Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing a compassionate and professional introduction to our firm. In this role, you’ll handle client intake calls, evaluate case viability, and collect essential information. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Conduct initial client intake calls in both English and Spanish, gathering case details and required documents.
  • Ensure clear and empathetic communication to make clients feel supported and understood.
  • Maintain detailed case notes and client information in our case management system.
  • Work closely with the intake team to ensure smooth and seamless transitions for each case.

  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client intake is required; legal experience is preferred.
