The Sales Counselor provides superior experiences throughout the entirety of the sales journey for clients. As a Sales Counselor, you'll actively manage leads through networking, building relationships in the community, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline. Your day will involve providing insightful tours of our stunning show homes, educating clients about their options while effectively communicating the distinctive value of Blue Heron properties over others. To succeed in this role, you’ll need at least two years of sales experience, preferably in custom home markets, along with an active Nevada Real Estate license. Weekend availability is a must, as you’ll engage clients at showings and events, all while fostering a collaborative spirit with your team.
