The new graduate trainee program is a dynamic 18-month rotational program designed for previous BMW interns. Through this immersive experience, trainees will gain valuable insights into the business processes, strategy, culture, and BMW Group brands from a local perspective. By rotating through various departments, trainees will develop a well-rounded understanding of the organization and its operations. This program provides an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their career with the BMW Group.


The Trainee, Rolls-Royce Sales & Marketing will support the RRMC NA Sales team with topics, such as Sales and Volume Planning and Steering, KPI reporting. Fleet Management (incl VDC support), support of Sales Operations team and assist the Sales Support manager with daily operations. The role will have rotations withing the Marketing team in order to gain transferable skills across the industry. The position will frequently interact and engaget with other departments within RRMC NA, RRMC and the BMW Group.


WHAT AWAITS YOU.

  • Provide support for dealer marketing programs and national/brand programs including program development potentially requiring internal and external communication and follow-up, planning, budgeting, execution and post-program follow-up.
  • Assist with PowerPoint presentations, budget tracking, completing post-event recap decks, (including photo and video management).
  • Assist with Legal reviews of all creative and CRM communications
  • Support CRM – End to end (E2E) Funnel Management 
  • Operational and logistics coordination for brand experiential activities that including Goodwood Client Experience trips, Monterey Car Week VIP Packages and Programming, Hotspot Activations, Rolls-Royce At Home activations, etc.


WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.

  • Previous Intern with BMW of North America (Rolls Royce, MINI, Motorrad), Financial Services, Bank, Designworks or Shared Services
  • Completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree, no more than 14-months from an accredited college or university prior to the start of the program
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for an immigration-related employment benefit now or in the future
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major) 
  • Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript 
  • Ability to work full-time 
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule

Relocation is not available for this position. 
This is a hybrid role that requires regular attendance in the office.

The hourly rate for Master’s level Trainees is $34.78. 
The hourly rate for Bachelor’s level Trainees is $26.57.
All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
