Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Designer preferably with a proven track record in hotel and high-end hospitality projects within the United States. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to develop precise 3D models and technical documentation for complex architectural, interior, and MEP refurbishments. You will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of design intent and adherence to project schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain 3D models and technical drawings using Autodesk Revit.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create detailed BIM models.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, company guidelines, and project specifications.
  • Assist in clash detection, model coordination, and design conflict resolution.
  • Create and manage families, templates, and parametric components within Revit.
  • Generate construction documents, shop drawings, and detailing as per project requirements.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure design accuracy and model integrity.
  • Stay updated with the latest Revit and BIM technologies and best practices.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and integrate their work into project models.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of junior designers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, and/or MEP systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant design software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation, detailing, and industry standards.
  • Ability to interpret and work with blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working on residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Autodesk Revit certification.
  • Experience with Clash Detection software (e.g., Navisworks, Solibri).
  • Knowledge of Dynamo scripting and parametric design.
