As part of the Global Services for Distribution team, you will be responsible for warehouse and fine distribution processes worldwide. We manage logistics service providers, design warehouse management systems solutions, set lean and quality standards, and optimize processes. ► Responsible for the definition and development of standardized logistics processes of the new EWM factory template
► Align process requirements of existing and new EWM warehouses with internal, external stakeholders and corporate governance departments and transfer them into IT requirements for our internal implementation partners
► The tests, verification and documentation of IT process in SAP EWM is also part of your responsibility, same as development and implementation of respective trainings
► Actively strive for improvements in the SAP EWM factory template
► Project workshop within rollout projects are coordinated from your end for execution of fit/gap analysis
► Around 30% international travel expected
► Completed university degree (Master/Diploma) in Economics, Logistics, IT or a comparable
► Several years of experience as SAP consultant and/or process manager in supply chain management
► Process experience in warehouses and production networks (inbound material supply, outbound)
► Deep knowledge of warehouse management systems (preferable SAP WM, EWM, or other systems) as well as TM, ASR and manufacturing for logistics/supply to production (Kanban, Production manufacturing requests, Min/Max und nJIT)
► Fluent in English (verbal and writing)
► Assertive communication skills
► Strong skills in workshop moderation in an international context
► Good at conceptual thinking and problem-solving
