Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a global, international team as a Thermal Management Product Specialist at Bosch. If you are ready to take on this challenge and make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and become a part of our innovative and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Align product strategy with Headquarters (BusinessUnits).
  • Regional implementation of product strategy and pricing: responsibility for complex area of more than 20 countries.
  • Price, margin and profitability analysis.
  • Market data collection and analysis – potential, competitors, market share, target groups etc.
  • Develop and execute regional launch concepts for new products and product programs, such as midterm turnover plans and launch activities.
  • Represent the Product Segment in the Sub-region and continuously monitor and report on competitors' activities.
  • Effective lifecycle management.
  • Preparation of yearly marketing plan in close collaboration with sales and communication/trade marketing teams.
  • constant market and sales trends observation and making appropriate decisions.
  • Effective collaboration with other departments, such as Technical, Workshop, Sales and other, in order to develop business.

Qualifications

  • Proven record of successful management of a product portfolio.
  • Excellent analytical and convincing skills: experience in working with large portfolio technical products (portfolio above 1000 SKUs).
  • Good understanding of Automotive Aftermarket distribution channels and the behavior and priorities of independent workshops.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to reach objectives through creativity and flexibility.
  • Resilience and patience in the face of challenging tasks and changing priorities.
  • Proactivity in looking for solutions.
  • Team player with openness to to learn and mutual knowledge sharing.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, pragmatic and adept in project management.
  • Advanced Excel user.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Readiness to travel.
  • Negotiations skills and technical education will be an additional asset.
  • Experience in managing technically complex automotive products is desirable.
  • Experience in Power BI will be a plus.
