Brightwheel is seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Account Executive to generate sales leads in the early education sector by conducting 80-100 cold calls a day, focusing on customer needs and delivering tailored product demonstrations.
Responsibilities: Conduct extensive cold calls, manage sales pipeline, schedule product demonstrations, and collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure successful customer implementation.
Skills: Prior experience in cold calling, SaaS sales, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with CRM software are essential.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include previous quota-carrying experience, demonstrated sales performance, and fluency in Spanish.
Location: This position is fully remote within the USA with no travel requirements.
Compensation: $45000 - $99000 / Annually

brightwheel is committed to internal pay equity and offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, equity, and benefits. For cash compensation, brightwheel sets standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies.
In addition to equity, our annual cash compensation for this role in all US-based locations is an overall on-target earnings of $99,000. This includes a base level of compensation at an hourly rate of $21.64 (which comes to $45,000/year) with an additional uncapped variable of $54,000 based on performance.
