Senior Product Manager, Consumer Experience

CaaStle is a technology company that offers an inventory monetization platform, enabling brands and retailers to drive digital revenue and profitability growth. We expand the omnichannel offering to optimize inventory monetization and unlock new revenue streams, including e-commerce and rental capabilities, to drive continual growth for our partners.

CaaStle is adding a new Senior Product Manager, Consumer Experience to its growing Product team. Reporting to the Associate Director, Product you will drive consumer research, engage with stakeholders, define roadmap, and execute against the strategic vision of CaaStle platform. Your product efforts directly affect the revenue growth for the CaaStle platform by building product experiences that delight our customers.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate closely with PMs, designers, and engineers to create exceptional consumer experiences tailored to luxury fashion users.

  • Identify customer needs, prioritize key opportunities, and deliver impactful consumer experiences.

  • Oversee the feature roadmap, aligning priorities with business objectives.

  • Spearhead agile feature development by writing specifications, reviewing creative assets, coordinating engineering efforts, and managing product QA and bug fixes through an agile workflow for a successful launch.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive strategic initiatives.

  • Contribute to prioritization discussions and help define strategies for capturing new requirements and enhancing the storefront experience.

  • Work closely with distributed engineering and product teams in a dynamic and adaptable environment.

We'd love for you to have:

  • 5 or more years of tech industry product management experience

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering, MBA a plus 

  • Demonstrated success in developing and launching scalable B2C products that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Experience managing a B2B type platform product a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a highly skilled and distributed development team

  • Attention to detail and good judgment for when something is “consumer-ready” 

  • Knowledge of user-centered design, web/mobile technologies and Agile development practices

  • A collaborative mindset built on direct communication, transparency, and trust

Pay Range:

$145,000 - $160,000, Individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
