The role
As Chief of Staff, you will be a strategic partner to our executive team, leading cross-functional initiatives across the organization. You will drive projects and solve problems across all parts of the business—from strategy and operations to GTM, product, and more.
This is a leadership position that demands a business generalist with a high level of autonomy and problem-solving skills.
What you will be doing:
Collaborating with team leadership to develop strategic initiatives that drive company growth and team excellence.
Strategic problem solving across the company as a key thought partner to the cofounders and product & engineering leadership.
Independently leading opportunistic business projects across departments such as product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market.
Building external partnerships with key stakeholders at our customer and partner organizations.
Optimizing team operations: Help us maintain and accelerate Cambio’s rocketship growth by facilitating collaboration and improving communication across the company.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of work experience. Institutional background such as management consulting, banking, or private equity is strongly preferred; startup experience is a plus.
Quantitative skills: Experience using data analytics / modeling to solve business problems. A background in math, computer science, or a related field is a plus but not required.
Exceptional communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Problem Solver: Ability to navigate within a high level of ambiguity and develop scrappy, innovative solutions to a wide array of problems.
Team Player: Commitment to the team's success and collaborative working style.
Logistics:
Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the United States or Canada is required.
Location: This is a hybrid role, and we primarily hire from our hubs in New York, Toronto, and San Francisco. Proximity to one of these cities is strongly preferred.
Compensation: This role is currently set at a salary range of ~$130,000-160,000 and will be adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
