  • Educate customers on the features, benefits, and value propositions of Canva's subscription plans and premium offerings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Canva's capabilities and help prospects envision how our platform can meet their design needs.
  • Provide accurate pricing information, negotiate terms, and close sales transactions to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using a CRM software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Development to continuously improve sales processes and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position Canva's products in the marketplace.

You're probably a match if:

  • You have a proven track record of success in inbound sales, ideally within a technology, SaaS, or digital marketing environment.
  • You excel in communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively, with strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build meaningful relationships across diverse customer segments.
  • You are self-motivated and results-driven, always striving to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • You are tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools [Gong, Outreach and Linkedin Navigator]
  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in every challenge. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • You are also open to working a flexible, shifting schedule based on business needs.
