Overview

As a Customer Health Advocate, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives. You will be responsible for placing outbound calls to patients, guiding them through the process of downloading and setting up a mobile app designed to help them track their medication and vital signs. Your support will empower patients to take charge of their health and enhance their healthcare coordination with their doctors.

Responsibilities

The following responsibilities and duties must be successfully performed, without or without reasonable accommodation:

  • Patient Outreach: Place outbound calls to patients in a friendly and empathetic manner
  • App Setup: Assist patients in downloading and setting up the health tracking app on their devices
  • Education: Provide clear and patient-friendly instructions on how to use the app effectively
  • Problem-Solving: Address patient questions and troubleshoot any issues they encounter
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and progress
