The DRC Liaison is responsible for facilitating effective communication, monitoring center operations, and addressing concerns from both staff and the public.

You will assist in gathering crucial data on survivor needs and DRC effectiveness, all while collaborating with local officials to enhance outreach efforts. With your strong interpersonal skills, you’ll address questions and complaints, making sure that everyone feels heard and supported. To succeed in this role, familiarity with FEMA assistance programs and emergency management protocols is essential, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
