All'interno della Direzione Sales & Distribution Channels, nello specifico nel team di Product Sales Specialist Marketing, come specialista di prodotto con responsabilità di vendita dedicato ai prodotti di Smart Business - avrà come principali responsabilità:

  • Costituire un punto di riferimento, per clienti e stakeholder interni, per specializzazione di prodotto e competenze di vendita.
  • Essere accountable per i risultati di vendita assegnati, in termini di solution area e segmento.
  • Avere un ruolo proattivo nella gestione della pipeline commerciale;
  • Gestire, di concerto con gli Account Manager, le azioni e i follow up legati alle attività di Account Base Marketing
  • Guidare la fase di proposizione commerciale, presentando i prodotti ed evidenziandone caratteristiche e benefici per i clienti;
  • Seguire la fase di offering e negoziazione, curando contenuti di prodotto e di pricing, interfacciandosi con le Solution Area, con gli Account Manager e con gli altri Stakeholder interni coinvolti;
  • Curare le relazioni con i clienti, costituendo il referente primario per le soluzioni proposte, in ottica di caring, rinnovo e upsell/cross sell;
  • Mantenere una conoscenza approfondita dei prodotti, comprese le caratteristiche tecniche, i vantaggi e le applicazioni;
  • Aggiornarsi sulle novità del settore e sui prodotti della concorrenza;

La persona che cerchiamo: 

  • Ha una conoscenza approfondita dei prodotti e delle soluzioni, in ambito Credit Management e/o Financial Assessment.
  • Ha esperienza di vendita, consulenza o Project Management, con clienti strutturati e/o in settori complessi dei segmenti Commercial, su prodotti di Credit Management e/o Financial Assessment.
  • Ha un forte orientamento ai risultati, è responsabile e proattiva, ha una spiccata capacità di problem solving;
  • Ha una ottima propensione al teamwork ed è in grado di relazionarsi in modo efficace con interlocutori interni ed esterni, ad ogni livello;
  • Sa coniugare l’alta specializzazione di prodotto, con una visione integrata dei bisogni del cliente;
  • È disposta a frequenti trasferte e/o incontri da remoto con i clienti;
  • È laureata in discipline economico/sociali;
  • Ha piena padronanza dei Microsoft Tools (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
