Survey Team Lead

At CESO, a Survey Team Lead will supervise, coordinate, and inspect the work of survey staff. Along with being an excellent leadership potential, you will have primary responsibilities that will include:


Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide quality assurance and quality control
  • Serve as staff resource on complex surveying matters
  • Manage and assist with preparation and delivery of survey drawings, exhibits, and legal descriptions
  • Coordinate with project managers and staff
  • Generate proposals
  • Responsible for monthly client invoicing
  • Local travel as needed


Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Survey or Civil Engineering (or related field); In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, a Professional Surveyor license  
  • 10+ years of professional surveying experience  
  • Professional Surveyor license, preferred 
  • Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil3D technology experience is a plus 
  • Valid driver’s license
