Description

Charles River Apparel is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across digital and print platforms. From email campaigns and social media graphics to web assets and print collateral, this role plays a key part in maintaining our visual identity while pushing creative boundaries.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer will work closely with our in-house Marketing team, cross- functional departments, and external partners to deliver thoughtful, on-brand designs that drive engagement and customer response.


Key Responsibilities:

• Design original assets for email, social media, website, digital campaigns, and print materials.

• Retouch, recolor apparel, and resize product images to meet brand standards across all platforms.

• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts that support marketing and business goals.

• Drive projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring timely execution and high-quality results.

• Prepare print-ready files and troubleshoot any pre-press or production issues.

• Stay current on design trends and digital best practices, integrating fresh ideas into design work.

• Assist with planning and creative direction for product photoshoots.

• Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring efficient file structure and easy access.

• Support other departments with design needs such as internal communication pieces or event materials.

• Take and apply feedback constructively to improve creative outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.

• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Experience retouching and recoloring product imagery, ideally apparel.

• Understanding of brand identity and how to apply it consistently across channels.

• Solid knowledge of print production processes and specifications.

• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and optimizing assets for web and mobile.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
