Hybrid - Ewing, NJ

Role Summary

The Financial Analyst III will provide comprehensive financial support to the Global Markets Group (GMG). The successful candidate will assist with various management financial reporting functions, including but not limited to month-end and quarter-end closing, forecasts (PPRs and Plan), and financial analysis for Global Markets.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Forecasting: Support the preparation, submission, consolidation, and review of GMG monthly forecasts and the annual plan.
  • Closing: Collaborate with various teams to prepare and submit closing entries, validate monthly actuals across different systems, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve variances.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly reporting packages for the GMG management team.
  • Analysis : Conduct a broad range of financial analyses to support the financial goals of the GMG business.
  • Financial Systems : Work with multiple teams to maintain or update master data for forecasting and reporting.
  • Work Environment : This position will be a hybrid schedule.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • Solid understanding of accounting and finance.
  • Experience with P&L variance analysis.
  • Experience with large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred.
  • Proficiency in handling large datasets in Excel preferred.
  • International and consumer experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual abilities in Japanese, Spanish, or Mandarin are a plus.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong business acumen and financial/analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with SAP, Power BI, and Teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and maintain attention to detail.
