Job Description

This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues in your local office 2/3 days a week.

Joining us as an Associate Application Developer

You will work within a development squad, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable features for business systems in a DevOps-driven, agile Kanban environment. This role is ideal for a junior developer eager to expand their knowledge and gain hands-on experience.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing: 

  • Write efficient and readable PHP or Python code
  • Ensure code is correctly unit tested
  • Help refine business requirements into items of work
  • Learning technologies used within squad and department

What you’ll bring to the role 

You’ll bring experience with PHP or Python, along with an IT-related degree or equivalent. Additionally, you will have:

  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Quick learning skills to absorb new ideas and concepts
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
