This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues in your local office 2/3 days a week.

Joining us as an Associate Application Developer

You will work within a development squad, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable features for business systems in a DevOps-driven, agile Kanban environment. This role is ideal for a junior developer eager to expand their knowledge and gain hands-on experience.

Write efficient and readable PHP or Python code
Ensure code is correctly unit tested
Help refine business requirements into items of work
Learning technologies used within squad and department

What you’ll bring to the role

You’ll bring experience with PHP or Python, along with an IT-related degree or equivalent. Additionally, you will have:

Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Quick learning skills to absorb new ideas and concepts
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
