Why you will love this opportunity as Learning and Capability Manager at Civica 

As a Learning & Capability Manager, you will play a key role in designing, delivering, and managing training programs that ensure our employees are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive. You’ll lead facilitation efforts across multiple formats—including in-person, virtual, and e-learning—while also applying your instructional design expertise to enhance learning outcomes.

On a day to day, you will:

  • Facilitate & deliver engaging training programs to ensure that all employees, both new and existing, become experts in product and policy
  • Develop training content using instructional design principles and industry best practices
  • Guide and support the team's development while assisting with an ongoing quality assurance program that identifies any gaps in their knowledge
  • Oversee a training calendar for new system releases, process or policy changes, and refresher courses
  • Act as the administrator for the Justice Services Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Analyse training feedback and research new technologies to enhance learning experiences

  • Hands on experience with various instructional design tools
