As a Customer Success Engineer at Clarifai, you’ll become an integral part of our mission to empower organizations through cutting-edge AI solutions. Onboarding clients with our advanced deep learning AI platform, you'll ensure their journey from initial touchpoints through to long-term success is seamless and enjoyable. You'll work closely with various teams, including Product and Engineering, to gather valuable feedback from customers to enhance our offerings continually. Your role is all about building strong relationships—you'll provide the high-touch support necessary to nurture customer loyalty and advocacy. This means proactively addressing technical challenges and offering strategic guidance tailored to each customer’s needs around AI/ML deployments. You’ll also lead onboarding sessions and deliver best practices that promote effective AI use in their operations. If you’ve got a good grasp of Python, RESTful APIs, and have a keen eye for integration challenges, you’ll fit right in. Your experience with the AI landscape will help our customers achieve their goals efficiently.
