About the Role

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented AI-Enabled Risk Services Analyst  to join our cutting-edge team. This role combines the traditional responsibilities of a loss control specialist with those of an ergonomist, leveraging our advanced AI and Computer Vision technologies to revolutionize workplace safety assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote audits of client sites using our AI/Computer Vision-based solutions

  • Analyze video footage to identify potential safety hazards and ergonomic risks

  • Develop comprehensive risk reports and mitigation strategies  based on AI-driven insights

  • Support other team members in loss analysis and client meeting preparation

  • Present findings to lower premium clients and help drive adoption of mitigation strategies

  • Create scalable training and education resources (IE Toolbox talks) for our customer base

  • Align with Product/CSM team to design scalable programs to drive customer engagement and mitigation adoption

  • Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in workplace safety

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Ergonomics, Industrial Engineering, or related field

  • At least 3 years experience in loss control, risk management, or Industrial ergonomics

  • Demonstrated proficiency in using technology tools and software commonly used in risk management, data analysis, and reporting 

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technology applications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

  • Excellent written reporting and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Nice-to-have

  • Certification in occupational safety (e.g.  ASP) a plus

  • Insurance industry experience a plus

Working at CompScience

Compensation: CompScience is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual salary range for this role is $80,000 – $90,000. Compensation is determined within the range based on your qualifications and experience. Our total compensation package also includes equity and comprehensive benefits.
