We’re seeking someone with at least 3 years of experience who excels in high-level communication because you'll be liaising with landlords, agents, retail managers, and various stakeholders on a regular basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and processing monthly payments accurately for 53 properties, dealing with rent reviews and adjustments, and ensuring all invoicing complies with lease agreements. We need a keen eye for detail to identify and resolve any invoicing errors or disputes efficiently. A Diploma or College Degree is essential, along with a solid understanding of the Australian market. Additionally, your skills will play a pivotal role in supporting our business plan and contributing to cost-reduction initiatives. You’ll also be busy handling facility and maintenance management, including coordinating urgent repairs and managing preventative maintenance schedules. But it’s not just about tasks; it’s about participating in relevant property meetings and ensuring that our properties are maintained to the highest standards.
