Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Claims Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient department operations. This role involves handling correspondence, organizing reports, managing records, and assisting with various projects. The position requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in office software.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications in a professional & timely manner
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Support department projects by conducting research, compiling data, and creating summaries
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents as needed
  • Provide customer service and assist internal and external stakeholders as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role or related position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
