Heat Treatment Field Technician

Craft and Technical Solutions is an established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices all over the country. We partner with businesses as well as jobseekers to place individuals into positions efficiently. We are currently in need of Heat Treatment Field Technicians to join our team in Huntington Beach, CA. 

Pay Rate: $28-36/hour

Heat Treatment Field Tech Job Description:

  • Prepare and transport equipment to and from work locations and unload at job sites.
  • Arrange and mark cables and machinery, relocating them within the site as necessary.
  • Conduct equipment maintenance and perform inspection checks.
  • Apply wrapping guidelines as instructed.
  • Comply with all on-site and company regulations, including personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
  • Capable of lifting over 50 pounds, working in confined spaces, at elevated heights, and in various weather conditions.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Previous work experience in an industrial environment, with a preference for experience in refinery, petrochemical, or nuclear settings.
  • Proficiency in electrical or mechanical skills.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Possession of a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively and adapt to variable work hours.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug/alcohol testing as mandated by our clients.
  • Possession of a TWIC card is preferred, or the ability to obtain one.
