What you will be doing
- Spearhead campus optimization: Transform our facilities into pinnacles of safety, functionality, and inspiration for our students and staff.
- Master the art of repair: Swiftly execute minor fixes and orchestrate major repairs, liaising with top-tier vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct crucial inspections: Lead thorough evaluations of fire safety, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to maintain our high standards.

Candidate Requirements
- Commitment to work on-site in Miami, FL (relocation assistance available for top candidates)
- Proven track record of independently executing minor repairs across various facility systems
- Demonstrated expertise in managing vendor relationships and evaluating repair quotes
- Extensive experience conducting thorough facility inspections, including fire safety, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills, particularly in WiFi connectivity, device management, and hardware issues
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
