About CSN Collision

CSN Collision safely repairs more than 230,000 vehicles a year helping people get back on the road with the trust and comfort of knowing their vehicle has been returned to like new condition. Since 2002, CSN has grown to become the leader in collision repair with over 400 collision repair centers across three countries.

Job Description

  • Support the growth of our network by identifying and reaching out to potential new body shops in Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona.
  • Build strong relationships with shop owners by clearly communicating our services and the value of joining our network.
  • Assist with onboarding new shops and ensuring they have a smooth start with us.
  • Lead contract negotiations between CSN and shop owners
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to support sales efforts and drive network growth.
  • Stay informed about the collision industry by doing research and gathering insights on market trends and customer needs.
  • Participate in local events or industry meetups to spread awareness of our brand and build new connections.
  • Learn and use internal tools to monitor performance and support your sales activities.
  • Market Research: Perform a wide range of analysis to gain in-depth understanding of our market’s needs and potential customers’ expectations.
  • Manage the sales process across the region, ensuring on­boarding, contract renewals, communications, workflows, and reporting structures are met.
  • Work with the executive team to strategize, forecast and exceed annual sales targets.
  • Active within the industry to ensure relations are built with executive leaders in key organizations.
  • Become a subject matter expert with our reporting tools including the ability to produce detailed reporting

Requirements:

  • A passion for sales, customer relationships, and learning new things.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to manage your time and territory well.
  • Some experience or education in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person.
  • Interest in the automotive or collision repair industry is a bonus!
  • Auto Body Industry Experience is preferred although not a requirement.
  • Requires occasional travel to CSN’s HQ in Canada, passport will be required
