    Job Description

    The Vice President of Boutique Sales is a dynamic and strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth, forging key partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team within the boutique market. This role is instrumental in developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company’s vision and business objectives, ensuring long-term success and expansion. The VP of Boutique Sales will serve as a thought leader, representing the company at industry events, building strong relationships with boutique business leaders, and strengthening the company’s presence in the market.

    What You'll Do:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives within the boutique market.
    • Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to define sales priorities, develop pricing models, and create go-to-market strategies.
    • Identify, pursue, and secure partnerships with boutique businesses, industry leaders, and key stakeholders.
    • Cultivate relationships with decision-makers and influencers to establish the company as a trusted partner and industry leader.
    • Expand the company’s market presence by representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
    • Work closely with Sales Operations to complete monthly commissions, sales reporting, forecasting, board presentations, and other key management activities.
    • Partner with boutique market leaders to enhance marketing efforts, drive sales, and strengthen brand recognition.
    • Manage overall sales budget, including travel, events, and other operational expenses.
    • Travel up to 40% as required.

    Must-Have Skills & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field OR equivalent professional experience.
    • Ten or more (10+) years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, with a strong focus on boutique markets.
    • Six (6) to eight (8) years of sales leadership experience.
    • In-depth knowledge of SaaS technologies and services.
    • Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies within boutique industries.
    • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
    • Strong strategic planning ability and expertise in implementing successful sales strategies.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to see the big picture and contribute to high-level strategic decisions.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
    • High level of initiative, work ethic, and ability to execute critical business objectives.

    Nice-to-Haves:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and ten or more (10+) years of experience.
    • Experience in health and wellness and/or enterprise SaaS software sales.

    Additional Information

    The salary range for this role is $131,000 - $200,000 per year with an OTE (on-target earnings) of $225,000. Where you fall within the compensation range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for growth.
