About the role
The Delinea team is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Territory Marketing Manager to develop and execute our marketing strategy and vision in our key growth market of META.
The Territory Marketing Manager – will report to the Marketing Director EMEA and collaborate closely with other team members in our global marketing team and the VP, Global Growth Marketing. They will also manage the activities of the Marketing Coordinator assigned to their region. Their key stakeholders are in the sales, sales development and channel functions of our business and the VADs and VARs in our channel distribution. Their focus is on designing, leading and delivering our regional marketing strategy to achieve brand awareness, lead, opportunity and sales pipeline creation goals.
We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional with experience in growth marketing / demand generation, channel marketing and marketing communications in the IT industry – cybersecurity is a huge plus.
They are resourceful, creative, and proactive with a proven ability to take responsibility, solve problems and contribute. They can work independently but are also a great team player. They have sharp strategic marketing skills combined with the willingness and ability to tactically execute the plan.
Key responsibilities
Responsible for defining and executing the regional marketing plan, across the breadth of the marketing mix, to drive new business acquisition, engagement and customer adoption in line with the regional needs following the revenue waterfall.
Drive joint planning with regional sales and channel leadership to determine investment priorities.
Develop and manage the regional marketing budget, measuring and optimizing marketing programs to ensure activities are effective, efficient, and demonstrate desired ROI.
Coordinate a calendar of content, campaigns and other programs across marketing channels to deliver predictable lead generation and progression through funnel stages toward close.
Localise existing campaigns and create new, local initiatives to increase revenue opportunities in the region.
Lead the channel marketing strategy and collaborate with focused distributors to enable partners and generate channel sourced business.
Set the regional events strategy and work with the events team to build presence at conferences and speaking events that will help drive leads and brand awareness.

Skills & Qualifications
Creative, flexible, hands-on marketing leader who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting the job done.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Works well in a fast past environment and can handle pressure when faced with time, budget or resource constraints.
Solid marketing campaign management background within the B2B technology industry. Cybersecurity sector experience is a plus.
Experience across marketing disciplines, particularly end user demand generation, digital, events, PR and communications. Channel marketing experience is a plus.
7+ years marketing experience, including 3+ years in management roles in high-growth technology companies and with people leadership experience.
Strong ability to define local marketing strategy while also driving exceptional execution.
Experience working in a global marketing team.
First-class presentation and communication skills, able to liaise effectively with customers, partners and colleagues at all levels.
Able to work in a matrix environment, show initiative and forge strong relationships both internally and externally.
Strong budget management and marketing measurement skills.
Bachelor-level degree in Marketing is a plus.
Salesforce experience required. HubSpot experience is a plus.
Fluent English Speaker (both writing and speaking).
