Job Description

Dewberry Nashville, TN office is seeking a Mechanical Engineer, who will be responsible for the design of mechanical building systems as a part of a project team and under the supervision of a senior engineer. Experience in the design of institutional, educational, healthcare, commercial, laboratory or military projects is desired. The candidate should have a proven track record of solid design work, meeting project deadlines and budgets, and working well in a team environment.

 

The ideal candidate is a PE in the State of Tennessee or able to obtain in the State.  At a minimum candidate should have passed the EI exam and be working toward licensure.

Required Skills & Required Experience

  • ABET accredited Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience required with progressive technical experience in the design of electrical systems.
  • EI required; PE is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and well organized.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
