Job Description:

What You'll Do:
This role will mainly partner with people leaders in an assigned business unit and focus on people solutions that drive business results. In partnership with Senior Human Resources Consultants (HRC), this role will facilitate core parts of Human Resource Programs and systems in areas such as talent management, organizational design, change management and leadership development. Proactively identifies trends and needs in the business unit they support and consult with leaders and HRCs to enhance the effectiveness and compliance of HR programs, policies, and processes. Liaison between employees and various HR Center of Excellence (COE).

Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.


How You'll Do It

  • Partners with the business' people leaders by providing human resources consulting and coaching in areas such as employee development, people leader development, and organizational effectiveness and design.

  • Partners with Employee Relations, People Operations, and other HR functional areas to support efficient research and issue resolution.

  • Partners with Human Resources Consultants (HRC) to understand business objectives and initiatives. Adheres to processes that support standards, procedures, and strategic directives. Evaluates processes and procedures. Suggests methods to improve operations and service experience.

  • Provide data/reports, trend analysis, and fact-based guidance/recommendations to HRC and business leaders on turnover, employee movement, engagement to assist the business in decision making.

  • Advise on and lead HR projects, including but not limited to leadership and employee development, organization structure and strategy, succession and talent planning, performance management, compensation, engagement and inclusion analysis and action planning, and establishing and maintaining programs and communications that promote and support a best place to work environment.


Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelors Human Resources, Business Administration and Management or related.

  • 6+ years HR Business Partner, ER Specialist, Employee Experience, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations


In Lieu of Education Experience

  • 10+ years HR Business Partner, ER Specialist, Employee Experience, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a proven ability to derive actionable insights

  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to design and develop interactive dashboards.

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
