Data & Research Administrator (Part-Time)

As a Data & Research Administrator at DN Tanks, you will act as a partner to the sales team through research, data validation, and organizing industry and competitive data to support business development efforts.


This position is offered as a part-time position, working two days per week.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Research and validate data from industry-wide tools that monitor construction activities within the market.
  • Update and maintain the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring information is organized, accurate, and accessible for future needs.
  • Track and document competitive information, providing updates to internal stakeholders as necessary.
  • Oversee data management processes to generate and maintain dashboard outputs.


Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree or 5+ years data management experience in a related industry
  • Proficiency with MS Office and database management
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (ERP/CRM) is a plus
  • Manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in a team environment
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Have the ability to work independently
