Dog Gone Problems is looking to hire a shift lead for our new low volume dog daycare. #NowHiring

We opened our new state of the art dog training and daycare facility last year and are having difficulty keeping up with demand.

We are promoting one of our current shift lead to Puppy Class Instructor / Dog Trainer and we need to find her replacment. The shifts are 6 AM to 12:30 PM or 12 PM to 6:30 PM Monday to Friday.

We feel that most dog daycares dont put the dog's needs first, we do. All our staff receieve dog training and behavior instruction as we do more than just let dogs run.

We are a team of Dog Trainers, Puppy Class Instructors and Dog Behavior experts who have just opened a new low volume dog daycare. After opening our new facility 6 months ago, we are struggling to keep up wiht demand and need good people to add to our team. Is that you?

DAY TO DAY AS A DOG DAYCARE LEAD / MANAGER
As our Dog Daycare Lead/Manager, you'll be the heart of Dog Gone Problems in Omaha! You'll supervise a small but passionate team of dog daycare attendants, ensuring they create a joyful environment for our furry guests. Not only will you manage the facility with pride, but you will also serve our loyal client base, building strong relationships with both pet parents and their adorable companions.

Your leadership will inspire the team to thrive in our dog hotel and canine daycare, fostering an energetic atmosphere at our dog camp. Together, you'll make every day a tail-wagging adventure!

Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience working in a dog daycare, preferably managing one. However as a dog training organization, we can certainly train someone who has management or supervisor experience in other similar capacities.

We are searching for someone who wants to grow. While we are hiring for a Shift Lead, we want to find one who has the potential to grow into a Puppy Class Instructor, professional Dog Trainer or Dog Behavior Expert.
