We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Territory Sales Manager for Northern California and Northern Nevada. This position is in our Industrial Air Filtration division and reports to the Regional Sales Director.  The selected candidate will focus on selling capital equipment for industrial air pollution control. We offer an extremely competitive compensation package, including guaranteed income during the first year of employment and a no-ceiling commission plan.  This position includes a company car, computer, cellular phone, travel expense account, 401K, and complete benefits package. Ideal candidates must live within the territory of Northern California and Nevada.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales of industrial air pollution control capital equipment (and related items –see our website for details).

  • Travel within assigned territory to meet customers and uncover new business opportunities.

  • Sell to end-users and channel partners such as dealers, distributors, OEMs, resellers, MROs, and contractors.

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Work with engineering firms to develop specifications for new capital projects.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet growth targets.

  • Gather voice of customer feedback and share internally for continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities.

Travel: Up to 20% (overnight travel)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of B2B sales experience

  • 2+ years of sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior territory management experience

  • Prior industrial sales experience, ideally calling on manufacturers

  • Ability to thrive in a self-directed environment

  • Proficient with MS Office, CRM, mobile applications

  • Previous experience in filtration or dust collection

  • Experience selling machinery and capital equipment to manufacturers

  • Technical aptitude (general mechanical)

Annual Salary Range: $20,000-40,000.  Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance. Based on work location, geographic adjustment is included.

This position is eligible for sales incentive or commission plan, based on sales targets under company policy.
