Michael Navarro was an estimating veteran at Suffolk and knew there was a better way. He and the team developed a platform built for estimators, by estimators. In 2023, he teamed up with Dustin DeVan, founder of BuildingConnected (which was acquired by Autodesk for $275 million), to launch their solution as an independent company, now known as Ediphi! We recently raised a $12M Series A round led by Norwest Venture Partners with continuing participation from Suffolk Technologies. As a Senior Content Marketing Manager at Ediphi, you will own our end-to-end content strategy—from ideation and creation to distribution and measurement. You’ll be instrumental in telling Ediphi’s story, building brand awareness, and engaging our user base through high-impact content. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires close collaboration with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and other key stakeholders to drive meaningful business results.
Develop a Comprehensive Content Roadmap: Plan, produce, and manage a diverse range of content (e.g., blog posts, social content, whitepapers, ebooks, videos, webinars) aligned with Ediphi’s goals—ultimately increasing brand awareness, user engagement, and conversions.
Brand Storytelling: Craft engaging narratives that position Ediphi as a thought leader, showcasing how we are transforming preconstruction processes for GCs.
Product Launch Content: Work hand-in-hand with Product Marketing to develop core messaging, feature briefs, FAQs, and launch collateral for new products or feature releases—ensuring content ties back to our unique value proposition.
Editorial Excellence: Ensure a consistent voice and tone; serve as both creator and editor by partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) to communicate complex concepts in a clear, compelling way.
Omnichannel Approach: Collaborate with Product Marketing to promote content via organic social media, email campaigns, paid ads, and more—maximizing reach and impact.
SEO/SEM Alignment: Integrate best practices into all content, driving discoverability and boosting search rankings.
Media & PR Coordination: Work with external PR resources to expand Ediphi’s media presence and thought leadership in relevant industry publications.
Quality Control: Review and refine a broad range of marketing materials (event collateral, sales decks, website copy, email campaigns) for grammatical accuracy, brand alignment, and stylistic consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Design teams to finalize assets in a timely manner.
Highlight Customer Success: Produce compelling case studies, testimonials, and video content that showcase the real-world impact of Ediphi’s solutions—strengthening trust with prospects and existing clients.
Retention & Upsell Support: Create campaigns spotlighting additional use cases, new product features, or best practices to drive customer expansion and reduce churn.
Campaign Alignment: Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to develop sales enablement materials and integrated campaigns that fuel pipeline growth and revenue.
Campaign Execution: Use marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to build and deploy email campaigns—such as newsletters, nurture sequences, or product announcements—ensuring proper segmentation and targeting.
Strategic Input: Provide insights to Product Marketing and leadership on content trends, competitor activity, and fresh storytelling approaches that keep us ahead of the curve.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Track key performance metrics (e.g., content engagement, conversion rates, pipeline influence) to refine editorial strategies and demonstrate ROI.
Content Repository: Maintain an organized library of assets, mapping each piece to buyer journeys and customer lifecycle stages.
Continuous Testing: Run A/B tests on formats, channels, and messaging—iterating based on what resonates most with our audience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years in content marketing within a B2B SaaS environment (AEC or AEC Tech experience highly preferred).
Proven track record of producing content that drives brand awareness and measurable business outcomes.
Writing & Editing Skills: Exceptional ability to create high-quality, engaging copy. A strong portfolio of published work is preferred.
SEO/SEM Proficiency: Familiarity with SEO tools, keyword research, and on-page optimization strategies.
Project Management: Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and collaborating across teams.
Tools & Platforms: Experience with CRM (e.g., HubSpot), marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo), and Content Management Systems (e.g., Webflow) for campaign execution, performance analysis, and website content management.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable interpreting metrics and using data to refine content decisions and report on success.
