About Us

Ediphi’s mission is to empower the people who plan the built world. We offer the most advanced cloud-based estimating solution purpose-built for modern preconstruction! Our goal is to shorten the time spent in preconstruction so that projects start more quickly and teams can be more confident of their outcomes. Modern construction estimating is a significant challenge and existing solutions revolve around spreadsheet nightmares! Michael Navarro was an estimating veteran at Suffolk and knew there was a better way. He and the team developed a platform built for estimators, by estimators. In 2023, he teamed up with Dustin DeVan, founder of BuildingConnected (which was acquired by Autodesk for $275 million), to launch their solution as an independent company, now known as Ediphi! We recently raised a $12M Series A round led by Norwest Venture Partners with continuing participation from Suffolk Technologies. We've set huge company goals to launch Ediphi as a SaaS offering for GCs around the country! That’s where YOU come in.

About This Role

As a Senior Content Marketing Manager at Ediphi, you will own our end-to-end content strategy—from ideation and creation to distribution and measurement. You’ll be instrumental in telling Ediphi’s story, building brand awareness, and engaging our user base through high-impact content. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires close collaboration with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and other key stakeholders to drive meaningful business results.

What You’ll Do

1. Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop a Comprehensive Content Roadmap: Plan, produce, and manage a diverse range of content (e.g., blog posts, social content, whitepapers, ebooks, videos, webinars) aligned with Ediphi’s goals—ultimately increasing brand awareness, user engagement, and conversions.

  • Brand Storytelling: Craft engaging narratives that position Ediphi as a thought leader, showcasing how we are transforming preconstruction processes for GCs.

  • Product Launch Content: Work hand-in-hand with Product Marketing to develop core messaging, feature briefs, FAQs, and launch collateral for new products or feature releases—ensuring content ties back to our unique value proposition.

  • Editorial Excellence: Ensure a consistent voice and tone; serve as both creator and editor by partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) to communicate complex concepts in a clear, compelling way.

2. Distribution & Promotion

  • Omnichannel Approach: Collaborate with Product Marketing to promote content via organic social media, email campaigns, paid ads, and more—maximizing reach and impact.

  • SEO/SEM Alignment: Integrate best practices into all content, driving discoverability and boosting search rankings.

  • Media & PR Coordination: Work with external PR resources to expand Ediphi’s media presence and thought leadership in relevant industry publications.

3. Copyediting & Editorial Support

  • Quality Control: Review and refine a broad range of marketing materials (event collateral, sales decks, website copy, email campaigns) for grammatical accuracy, brand alignment, and stylistic consistency.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Design teams to finalize assets in a timely manner.

4. Customer Engagement & Advocacy

  • Highlight Customer Success: Produce compelling case studies, testimonials, and video content that showcase the real-world impact of Ediphi’s solutions—strengthening trust with prospects and existing clients.

  • Retention & Upsell Support: Create campaigns spotlighting additional use cases, new product features, or best practices to drive customer expansion and reduce churn.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Campaign Alignment: Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to develop sales enablement materials and integrated campaigns that fuel pipeline growth and revenue.

  • Campaign Execution: Use marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to build and deploy email campaigns—such as newsletters, nurture sequences, or product announcements—ensuring proper segmentation and targeting.

  • Strategic Input: Provide insights to Product Marketing and leadership on content trends, competitor activity, and fresh storytelling approaches that keep us ahead of the curve.

6. Measurement & Optimization

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Track key performance metrics (e.g., content engagement, conversion rates, pipeline influence) to refine editorial strategies and demonstrate ROI.

  • Content Repository: Maintain an organized library of assets, mapping each piece to buyer journeys and customer lifecycle stages.

  • Continuous Testing: Run A/B tests on formats, channels, and messaging—iterating based on what resonates most with our audience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years in content marketing within a B2B SaaS environment (AEC or AEC Tech experience highly preferred).

    • Proven track record of producing content that drives brand awareness and measurable business outcomes.

  • Writing & Editing Skills: Exceptional ability to create high-quality, engaging copy. A strong portfolio of published work is preferred.

  • SEO/SEM Proficiency: Familiarity with SEO tools, keyword research, and on-page optimization strategies.

  • Project Management: Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and collaborating across teams.

  • Tools & Platforms: Experience with CRM (e.g., HubSpot), marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo), and Content Management Systems (e.g., Webflow) for campaign execution, performance analysis, and website content management.

  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable interpreting metrics and using data to refine content decisions and report on success.
