In this role, you will tackle everything from inspecting personal computer equipment to installing hardware components like monitors and keyboards right at users' locations. Your day-to-day will involve ensuring the active directory is up to date and installing software packages that drive business productivity. With a combination of on-site and remote support, you'll be answering requests related to networking issues, operating system glitches, and software hiccups.
