This role

As our Salesforce Administration, you will be working within the Commercial Operations team and will be instrumental in shaping the day-to-day management of the Salesforce Platform and new CRM project initiatives.

We are expanding the use of our SF platform and your input into the solution design and implementation will make a big difference to improve the way of working across Sales, Support, Marketing, Product and Finance. You will be supported by Analysts within the Commercial Operations team to ensure build work is meeting the needs of the business. You will work closely with the Salesforce Platform Manager to align on design, priorities and build scalable solutions.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:

The Salesforce Administrator will be critical in the maintenance, upkeep, and optimisation of the Salesforce Platform, and supporting and leading new projects. You will be involved with new work from inception, design, build, through to change management, training and adoption.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

  • Capturing business requirements across key stakeholders from across the business
  • Collaborating with Platform Manager on Solution Design and implementation strategy
  • QA and UAT lead for new Project work
  • Project manage commercial operation initiatives
  • Maintenance and iterative improvement of SF instances
  • Optimise automations for improved platform efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose any user issues with Salesforce or integrated systems
  • Managing and support key 3rd party applications and integrations
  • Refining SF instances to align to best practice and scalability

What you will bring:

  • 4+ years Salesforce Admin or consulting experience
  • Admin 201 Certified
  • Sales/Service Cloud/App Builder certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of declarative Automations
  • Experience with SF integrated applications
  • Strong communication and business partnering skills
  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Works quickly and meets deadlines
  • Plans and executes projects autonomously within agreed timeframes
